The villas, the pool, the shala, the land — ready for you today.

By December 2026, the village opens its next layer — a working kitchen garden, a small animal farm, and a farm-to-table restaurant where much of what you eat is grown, raised, or gathered on the land.

For generations, this land has been cared for by the same local family, who have farmed coconuts here for over a century. Their connection to the land still shapes what ANODDA is becoming today.
ANODDA begins with a simple dream: to reconnect people with the things that matter most.
With nature. With good food. With movement. With wellness. With community. With the rhythm of the land.
Today, you'll already find peaceful gardens, an open-air yoga shala, and spaces designed to slow down and breathe. Our next chapter includes a dedicated wellness sanctuary with a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, natural treatments, and places to rest, recover, and reconnect.
Step by step, we're creating a place where you can wake with the sunrise, swim in a crystal-clear natural swimming pond without chemicals, harvest vegetables from the garden, collect fresh eggs from the chickens, meet our horses and goats, and share long meals prepared from ingredients grown just a few steps away.
Our vision is to create a living farm where food, wellness, nature, and community exist together. A place where every addition has a purpose—from vegetable gardens and orchards to animal care, outdoor wellness, and spaces where people can gather, learn, and simply enjoy life.
The experience doesn't end within the property. It continues across Koh Samui—visiting local markets, fishing with local families, supporting community initiatives, exploring hidden beaches, and discovering that living well is often much simpler than we think.
ANODDA isn't about escaping life.
It's about coming back to the essentials.
To nature. To movement. To healthy food. To meaningful connections.
Our responsibility is simple: to care for this land, help it flourish, and create a place where people leave feeling healthier, happier, and more connected than when they arrived.

Nothing is scheduled. Everything is offered. Dawn light in the shala, a walk through the garden, a long lunch, and a quiet evening under the stars.
Low, private houses that open onto the garden and dissolve into the jungle behind them. Eight one-bedroom houses for couples and long stays; two two-bedroom houses for those arriving together.

"We are not opening a resort. We are growing a place — slowly, with the families who have farmed this land for sixteen generations, choosing who gets to belong to it from the soil up."
— The ANODDA family
