Fifteen villas, one garden.
Each villa is placed to keep old trees standing and existing sightlines intact. The masterplan reads more like a botanical garden than a hotel — footpaths, water, shade, and quiet corners between the private homes.
A quieter kind of luxury.
An open-air onsen bathed in garden light. A shala for morning practice and evening sound. Small rooms for treatments held by local practitioners. Nothing loud, nothing over-designed.
Fresh food, close to the land.
Herbs, greens, fruit and eggs grow within the grove, tended by the same neighbours who have looked after this land for generations. Everyday meals draw from what is picked that morning — a quiet, healthy rhythm of village life rather than a menu.

ANODDA Village grows from an already-operating eco-resort — a piece of Koh Samui that has been in one family's hands for generations, tended by the same neighbours who cook in the kitchen and open the shutters each morning.
The next chapter adds craft: architect-designed villas woven between existing coconut palms, a working kitchen garden, a chemical-free swim pond, a wellness sanctuary, a small animal farm — horses, goats, chickens — and quiet paths that connect all of it.
Nothing is being torn down. Everything that already works — the gardens, the neighbours, the pace — stays. The village simply opens.
