Vinyasa, yin, hatha — from soft mornings to strong flows.

Bowls, gongs and voice under the thatched roof.

Silent sits, guided practice, breath and stillness.

Somatic, ecstatic, conscious movement.

Half-day, full-day and multi-day formats.

One-to-one work in a held, quiet space.

A room the group can settle into for days.

A grounded backdrop for creative work.

Certified sound healing practitioner
Asel is Anodda's resident sound healing practitioner and a quiet constant in the life of the shala. Her sessions weave singing bowls, gongs and voice into slow, grounding journeys — held under the thatched roof, open to the garden.
Beyond her own practice, Asel helps shape the wellness rhythm at Anodda and welcomes the visiting teachers and facilitators who come through the space.
"As more teachers and facilitators join, this circle will grow."
We are currently welcoming yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, facilitators and community hosts who would like to offer classes, workshops or special experiences at Anodda.
Tell us a little about your practice and how you'd like to use the space — we'll be in touch personally.

Workshops, retreats, trainings, private classes, photoshoots, creative sessions and community events — the shala can be shaped around what you're holding.

The beach begins where the garden ends.
We are currently building the first Anodda schedule with local and visiting teachers. Apply to become one of the first practitioners to host a class or experience at the shala.
The shala is the first active part of Anodda's growing wellness concept. Future plans include sauna, steam, cold plunge and additional spaces for recovery and wellbeing.
